Friendly support for anyone affected by pituitary conditions in the Solent area.
We are pleased to announce a further meeting at Southampton General Hospital.
Pharmacist & Clinical Director for Endocrinology and Diabetes Mr Philip Newland-Jones has kindly agreed to give a talk for us with a Question & Answer session together with our Specialist Endocrine Nurses Nemia Pilobello & Alicja Knysak. Neurosurgeon Mr Mathad is hoping to join us too (fingers crossed). How fortunate we will be to have these pituitary professionals together in one room.
We will hold a raffle as usual (prizes gratefully received on the day, although nothing to break the bank !). Refreshments will be available too of course.
One of our committee members can chat to you about your pituitary condition and offer you guidance as to where to find more information. We will do our best to introduce you to someone else with the same condition.
We’re a very friendly bunch, so come & give us a try! We frequently invite professional and relevant speakers & all pituitary patients, carers (for want of a better word), family and friends are very welcome.
