Friendly support for anyone affected by pituitary conditions in the Solent area.
A little Tai Chi plus arthritis exercises for our Xmas get-together, which will be shown to us by Kathryn Pearce (very long standing member) plus our usual fun quiz & Christmas nibbles too. It would be great if you can contribute towards the food but no nuts or derivatives please.
