“I recently had occasion to talk to the nurse, please pass on my heartfelt thanks to her. I was at that time very ill with very worrying symptoms with no access to medical treatment where I live. She made a huge difference to me and was able to offer me good useful advice and removed a lot of fear about my symptoms.”
