We’re very excited to have spaces in the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2026 and hope you would consider running as part of #TeamPituitary
Everyone in the pituitary community needs a hero, will you be a pituitary hero!

The London Landmarks Half Marathon is an exciting, closed-road run, taking you past some of the city’s famous attractions and beautiful views. With a flat route and fantastic atmosphere, it is the perfect half marathon for both beginners and experienced runners chasing a personal best.

You’ll start on Pall Mall and run through central London, crossing the historic Westminster Bridge to finish by Downing Street. The route takes in impressive views of Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral, Nelson’s Column, the Gherkin, the Shard, the Tower of London and the London Eye.
