Covering approximately 10 miles, this rewarding challenge combines dramatic white chalk cliffs, sweeping coastal panoramas, rolling downland and the tranquil woodland trails of Friston Forest. The route starts and finishes at Seven Sisters Country Park, making logistics simple for participants while delivering an epic walking experience.

Along the way, you’ll experience the iconic Seven Sisters cliffs, spectacular views across the English Channel, the picturesque Cuckmere Valley and the peaceful shade of Friston Forest. Every mile offers incredible scenery, fantastic photo opportunities and a genuine sense of achievement.
