When?
Tuesday 04th June, 2024
6pm - 7.30pm
We are excited to welcome all members of The Pituitary Foundation to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 4th June at 6pm! We will be holding the meeting over Zoom.
We will get the chance to review the finances and activity for the financial year 22/23. We will also share some of the work we have been doing and preview our future plans.
As is usual, our long-standing trustees will stand for re-election. The agenda and any further voting elements will be shared closer to the date. Please sign up to attend using the form below.
At the end of the official part of the AGM, we will be hosting a special talk for our 30th year. We’ll start with Pat McBride, Head of Support Services, who will talk about how The Foundation originated from support groups, which still sit at the heart of the work that we offer.
Alexia Deleligne, trustee, will then talk about her experiences with a pituitary condition, and how we use lived experience to inform our work with the new lived experience committee. Finally, we’ll hear from Professor Stafford Lightman. He’ll be sharing about the future of endocrinology and the huge advances in wearable tech that is being made, as well as brining us full circle talking about being a founder of The Pituitary Foundation.
We hope that you’ll join us on the evening to celebrate another incredible year of supporting those with pituitary conditions.
Please note: only members are permitted to join our AGMs. You can become a member for £25 a year, and there’s lots of other benefits too, like receiving Pituitary Life magazine.
