Helpline Text Service
You can ask your questions by sending us a text message and our Helpline team will respond to you. Our reply to you will appear as a text from ‘Pituitary’ on your mobile phone.

This service is available Mondays to Fridays. We will aim to reply promptly, often within 24 hours, except at weekends and Bank Holidays. However, as this is a popular service it may take up to five working days before you receive a response.
Your text to us will be charged at your standard network rate. If you have free text messages as part of your contract, your text to us will be free. If you are texting from abroad, the cost of your text will depend on your contract so please do check with your provider.
- The text, Helpline and Helpline email services are not emergency services. If you need to speak to someone or have longer, more complex questions we advise that you call or email us.
- By texting us you are providing consent for us to process your data in order to provide you with the information or services you are contacting us about. Your personal details will only be used to provide you with information or services you have requested.
- Any data collected will be anonymised to help us in collecting statistics and evaluate our services.
