Booklets

The Pituitary Foundation produces a number of patient booklets which are available free of charge to pituitary patients, carers and family in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

We are happy to send bulk orders to hospitals and clinics, however we will include an invoice for postage and packing and we have limits on the number of booklets that can be ordered before we will charge per booklet.  You are welcome to phone us to get an estimate of cost.

Unfortunately, we are unable to fill orders from outside the UK/Republic of Ireland, unless prior payment for cost of booklets, postage and packing is received.

(October 2008) We are currently updating our library of leaflets and augmenting the information provided.  We will be adding more information about psychological issues along the pituitary journey, we will have a family series for children with pituitary conditions and their parents, we will have information about pituitary and your weight and nutrition and lastly, we will publish an employer's leaflet.  Announcements of these new booklets will be made on this website - stay tuned!

In addition to the above, HYPOHH have produced a patient booklet on Kallmann's Syndrome in association with the Pituitary Foundation. Visit the HYPOHH web site for more details.

We also have a GP Factfile available. This Factfile is available to read online. You can also download a copy in PDF format or submit your order for a copy on an online order form.

Child Growth Foundation booklets

The Child Growth Foundation has produced a series of fifteen Growth & Growth Disorder booklets which relate to pituitary conditions. The titles include:
