The Pituitary Foundation endeavours to create awareness about pituitary conditions and the challenges our patients face. To that end, we do our best to assist the medical community in better understanding the pituitary experience and we are happy to speak to medical professionals, provide materials and useful links to other resources. We can provide you with free copies of our Pituitary Foundation A5 Referral Pads, (which include 50 sheets of comprehensive information for patients) and also free A4 Get to Know your Pituitary gland posters. We will also include free postage and package so there is no cost to you at all! - Endocrine Clinic and Medical Professional Membership
From January 2012 we are introducing a new membership scheme for clinics, GPs and other medical professionals. For a cost of £100 a year you can: - order up to 75 booklets a year from our range of publications (click here to see our booklet titles)
- receive 5 copies of our valued magazine Pituitary Life three times a year
- access our Online Forum.
- Publications available to order
Due to the cost of producing our publications, we will no longer be able to provide free booklets to clinics and organisations. You can however still order booklets for £1.00 per copy. Remember also that you can currently download all booklets for free from our Booklets section.
If you would like to order free materials, become a member or order some of our publications please download the Order Form below and return it to us by email helpline@pituitary.org.uk or post to: The Pituitary Foundation, PO Box 1944, Bristol, BS99 2UB.
