Online Forum

  • The Pituitary Foundation's Forum is an online community.  The forum is a just another resource for you to connect and share with other patients and family members on the pituitary journey. You can do it anytime, day or night - all you need is a computer and internet access!
  • Our Forum has dedicated sections for the different pituitary conditions as well as lifestyle topics.
  • These forums allow you to talk with other people who can offer support, information and advice from their own pituitary experiences.  Similarly, perhaps you can help others who may find themselves wondering “what next?”, “how to?”, “where do I go now?”, “does anyone understand?”
  • The Forum is moderated by a number of volunteers in our community and it is a safe environment in which to share experiences.
  • The Pituitary Foundation's online Forum is open to subscribed members of The Foundation only.
  • To use the Forum, you’ll need to contact us to receive your username and password. Please do this only via email to volunteer@pituitary.org.uk. Our office volunteers will send you a reply email with all you need to know to log in and get to chatting. (Just a note that our office volunteers are as busy as our staff, so it may take 24-72 hours for a return mail and no emails will be answered on the weekends. Please bear with us, we’ll get you started as soon as we can.)
  • If you are not already a member of The Foundation, simply click on the Become a Member icon below:

  • To view the Forum, please click on the FORUM tab at the top of the page.

Please note that the Online Forum is a place to share personal experiences and practical solutions.  Each case is different, so information provided by others may not necessarily be right for you.  Advice on medical issues or treatment options (including complementary therapies and vitamin or nutritional supplements) should always be explored with your GP or consultant before it is put into practice.
