The Which? campaigners created a very good resource for patients called The Hospital Companion. This is an easy-to-use booklet that gives you information on what to expect from a hospital visit, questions to ask and general hints and tips. It has information on everything from the daily routine to what you can expect from hospital food. The booklet is no longer available from Which? but you can download a copy here: The Which Hospital Companion.pdf (838.10 KB)
