Every grant begins with a call to their Nurse Helpline to ask about eligibility, but essentially  equipment is funded relevant to the child’s needs for those aged 18 and under, who have a significant disability and are permanent residents in the UK. No means testing and same-day equipment grants can be made in emergencies. Grant application forms can also be downloaded from the website. All services are free and confidential.
