The Derby/Nottingham Group was re-launched on 3 March 2009 at EnabledArt in Litchurch Plaza in Derby.  This re-launch was also very well attended (even though it was pouring rain and windy) and there was a great deal of enthusiasm and support!  A wonderful evening and this group has decided to meet every other month - so check their site here for the next meeting and if you're in the area - come along!  Just click here for more information.

(July 2009)  We are pleased to announce that the Plymouth/Cornwall Local Support Group re-launched on 17 June 2009 at the Plymouth Medical Centre, Derriford Hospital (post code PL6 8DH).  Several local patients and their partners attended and they're already planning their next meetings.  The Plymout/Cornwall Group wants to welcome new members and add to their group so please don't hesitate to contact us should you wish to know more.  Just email helpline@pituitary.org.uk.

We are holding another meeting at Lake on the IOW on Saturday 10th July & Dr Victor Lawrence will  once again be joining us for a pituitary related talk plus a Question & Answer session. If you didn't receive an invite because we don't 'know' you, just arrive on Saturday & you will be made very welcome.  Bring a friend or family.

Our next meeting in Cosham is on Saturday 18th September at 10am - Our speaker will be our very own Kathryn Pearce (the wife of Howard our Chairman & Newsletter editor).  Kathryn will be giving us a talk on preparing ourselves for problems using a Wellness Recovery Action Plan.
