To celebrate our 15th Anniversary, The Pituitary Foundation is offering a gift with membership.  If you sign up to be a subscribed member, you will receive a 'bag for life' with The Pituitary Foundation's name and logo on the side. These well-made bags are big and roomy, and they are dark green in colour. They are ideal for your weekly shopping (far better than the supermarket plastic 'bags for life') and, best of all, if you use them, you'll get our name and logo out to a new audience! 

Download the membership application form (below), complete it and send it in and we'll send you a bag for life (whilst supplies last).   Membership also includes other benefits, such as reduced fees to regional conferences and receiving our newsletter, Pituitary Life, three times a year.

Membership is open to anyone with an interest in pituitary disorders, including patients, their relatives, friends and carers, and medical professionals, including GPs and endocrine specialists.

There are currently four classes of membership:

• £15 Individual Membership
• £25 Family Membership (up to three adults residing at the same address) 
  
• £5 Concessionary (available to students, those under 18, on a low income, in receipt of benefits or a state pension)
• £150 Individual Life Membership
• In order to reduce administration costs, we encourage all membership subscriptions to be paid by Standing Order.   See below on how to contact us.

We feel it is important that our services remain free-of charge to patients, carers and family members of the pituitary community.

But membership is important! 

If you choose to become a member, you are showing your support for the work of The Foundation as well as adding your voice as we try to create awareness and improve services. 

Membership means more, though. You will receive our newsletter, Pituitary Life, mailed to your home and you will have advance notice of conference and other events. You will also be entitled to attend and vote at our Annual General Meetings.
