This area is part of our ‘Rural Support’ scheme which opens up opportunities to meet up and/or chat on the phone in some of the larger rural areas.

Initial contact with the Rural Support Co-ordinator will provide access to Foundation literature, practical information, and if wanted, local and nearest patient/carer contact.
